If you're interested in applying for a Habitat home, call the Habitat office at 719-475-7800 or submit your information on the form below.  Our Family Services Manager will contact you to let you know if you fit our initial qualifications.  If you do, we will add your name to our notification list and send you an invitation to our next homeowner orientation.  Please note that form will not allow you to press submit until all the required fields are filled out.
